Description of change
This PR adds the ae parameter to our API requests to enable PAAPI functionality on the server. This is a preparatory update for upcoming server-side enhancements.
Next Step
A follow-up PR will be necessary to adjust the server's response handling once the relevant server-side logic is implemented.
