Adds CSS variables for each color in the palette and replaces hex-colors with the appropriate CSS variable. There are a few hex-colors that do not correspond to any color on the palette, so they have been left unchanged.

A simple find and replace. There are a few hex-colors that don't
correspond to any palette colors, so I left them alone for now.

Thank you for working on this! I think for the colours like #555169 we can use the closest equivalent, e.g. highlight_high in that case. If we can get this using only our palette values we should be able to easily generate all three variants for it :)
