A simple find and replace. There are a few hex-colors that don't correspond to any palette colors, so I left them alone for now.

Adds CSS variables for each color in the palette and replaces hex-colors with the appropriate CSS variable. There are a few hex-colors that do not correspond to any color on the palette, so they have been left unchanged.
