GravMag.jl

This package provides tools for the calculation of gravity and magnetic responses using Julia.

Installation

To install in the Julia REPL, type

] add https://github.com/ruboerner/GravMag.git

Getting started

See the tutorial Jupyter Notebook in the folder examples.

Functions

Currently, the package is limited to the evaluation of the functions

• dipole: Magnetic anomaly of a point dipole source
• mprism: Magnetic anomaly of a box-shaped body
• gbox: Vertical component of the gravitational attraction of a box-shaped body
