Taint `_` placeholder types in trait impl method signatures

We report an error right below for them, but that kind of broken type can cause subsequent ICEs.

Taint `_` placeholder types in trait impl method signatures

We report an error right below for them, but that kind of broken type can cause subsequent ICEs.
