Super minor nit: I think compiletest error messages are usually lowercase

Suggestion: we can be more specific and say "PR description"

i personally have issues with that terminology as it is often an issue that several issues are issued for the same issue

I can't argue with that issue. So if the issue is that issue, then let's keep the ticket terminology to avoid the issue.
