The sHDR GUI application for the HDR-MRI algorithm based on the work of Chandra 2018 published in MRM.

The application is best applied to either multi-channel 3D MR images (i.e. images per coil) or to multi-sequence 3D MR images.

GUI and command line applications are available in the installers. The sHDR application is essentially a enhanced version of the sMILX viewer in SMILI.
