Sass: LibSass is deprecated
(GitHub Issue) Mark Node Sass as deprecated

LibSass의 지원 중단을 이유로, LibSass에 의존하고 있는 node-sass도 deprecated될 예정이다.

vuejs/vue-cli#6090
이에 따라 Vue CLI에서도 더 이상 node-sass를 지원하지 않는다. (Vue CLI 5에서 적용 예정)
