   School shootings have been a nationwide issue ever since Sandy Hook and Parkland occurred, and there has been people with differing views on how to solve this issue nationwide. Since there has not been a consensus on how to solve this problem nationwide, it might be best to explore the problem more closely. The dataset that will be explored that relates to this problem has school shootings from the 1990s to the present.

   Additionally, it shows the number of fatalities and the wounded, city, and state of each shooting. We will visualize and analyze statistically the data set in relation to state, fatalities, and the wounded to provide policy-makers more insight to tackle this issue locally.
