Med-Chain is an Application for Storing Medical records in a decentralized distributed server.
To clone and run this repo, run this commands in terminal:
- git clone https://github.com/swarajbachu/med-chain.git
- cd med-chain
- npm install
- npm run dev

After running the project, you will get this interface:
click on "Connect Wallet" you will redirect to Temple wallet and accept connect. After connecting wallet, you will redirectd to this another page:
fill the details and upload medical record and click on submit.
Once you click on submit to record your details.
