如果 MKV 封装格式的视频里有中文字幕，中文字幕的名称可能会乱码。中文字幕的具体内容不会乱码。

这个 bug 是 v1.4.2 引入的，v1.4.2 以前的版本没问题，原因是升级 VLCJ 版本到 v4.8.2 时没有充分测试，只是简单的测试了基础的视频播放。
vlcj-4.7.2 以后的版本都会出现乱码。
