Coding problems from course 1 of the Bioinformatics specialization
Intro to Bioinformatics course contents
Perl script to find sequences on multi fasta files that match a determined protein motif. The motifs are coded as a regular expression RegEx. Originally designed to search for fungal chitin synthase proteins.
This is a scanner designed to recognise DNA motifs within a long stretch of DNA. It uses two models for discrimination, one model representing the target and the second model representing the background.
Bioinformatics- High-throughput data Analysis project
Automatic Motif Detection wrapper for dotmotif
Finding motifs in proteins by uniprot accession number
Finding Network Motifs Using MCMC Sampling
Scans TF binding sites based on motifs.
R script for finding and scoring motifs in small genomes using position-frequency tables
Gibby is a Python package designed to find the motif of a transcription factor de novo based on ChIP-seq data.
Example implementation of "Mueen's Algorithm for Similarity Search" (aka MASS) for ESP32
Motif Finding using Gibbs Sampler
Motif Finding through Gibbs Sampling
Deep Unfolded Convolutional Dictionary Learning for motif discovery.
Workshops, Course Schedule and Teaching Assistant Review from my time as a chosen Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for the University of Pittsburgh course, BIOSC1540 - Computational Genomics taught by Dr. Miler Lee.
A React component to sketch / search for network motifs.
This application searches inside a text sequence for words that resemble those inside a list of similar words.
Add a description, image, and links to the motif-finding topic page so that developers can more easily learn about it.
