Believe I found the cause of the error 400. When doing Copy Link, it returns the URL https://www.notion.so/Google-Keep-Import-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx99a46545074d?pvs=4 with the ?pvs=4 at the end of the URL. Remove this and the error 400 is gone.
