When i use uBO 1.59.0 i don't have this problem. In logger i see this rules:

I can reproduce on Chromium. Doesn't happen on Firefox.

However I don't see popup in uBOL's rulesets:

Can't address popups through DNR, there is no popup type, this will have to be done through scriplets.

Closing as this was fixed in filter lists, can't reproduce with local build of uBOL from latest filter lists.
