Feature request: Adding settings pane

A settings pane would be very useful, for example, changing camera clipping planes & culling would be a very useful for some people. Also debugging normals (e.g. rendering arrows where normals are placed) would be interesting too. Or even debugging uniforms per frame with console.log() (as a toggleable option).

Another good feature of the settings pane would be to change editor options: font size, theme and so forth.
