Feature request: Pop-out modal for adding custom uniforms.

A modal for adding custom uniforms (which can be directly imported into the glsl code) would be ridiculously useful for shader development. Also some custom kinda interface to dynamically change values (e.g. with a slider) would also be very useful.. but not too sure where it would go in the interface.
