Reverts #1579

Seems this breaks completely the deployment, the grains are not translated, zypper takes directly the url:

suma-head-min-sles15:/etc/zypp/repos.d # cat *
[os_pool_repo]
autorefresh = 1
baseurl = http://minima-mirror-ci-bv.mgr.suse.de/SUSE/Products/SLE-Module-Basesystem/15-SP4/{{ grains.get("cpuarch") }}/product
enabled = 1
