open questions:

  • how long should it be before you can re-scan the barcode used to generate an idol you have since dismissed?
  • how much influence should stats have on attack power and defense?
  • how much influence should affinity have on attack power and defense?
  • how quickly should the base stats of story mode characters increase?
  • should quick battles scale to the stats of your unit?

Currently, the recruitment bonus is the only agency bonus worth buying, as it grants an extra 10% to recruitment base stats versus the other bonuses 1 stat point increases.

What could be interesting is if we make the stat bonuses worth a % of the agency level, with the % increasing with the level of the stat in particular.

For recruitment bonus, instead of 10% per level it should probably be somewhere around 2 to 5%, but it's hard to say without the other agency bonuses changing.

Addresses the thing that @euricaeris raised in #8, assuming that 'a % of
the agency level' is '100% of the agency level'.

This may be OP, but recruitment bonus is already extremely OP, and
nerfing is for suckers.
