PR #34 should be seen and merged before this.

This PR ports Cloyster to run on EL9 distros.

  • Remove xCAT repository management from XCAT.cpp and move it to repos.cpp
  • Completely change the way repos.cpp handles external repos
  • Change the repositories in repos.cpp to match the VersatusHPC mirror.
  • Fix xCAT to run on EL9 distros (it only runs - by default - on RHEL9)
