An app to discover nearby stem cell banks and connect with doctors to resolve any health issues.The main purpose of this app is to connect stem cell banks with donars to preserve their stem cell so that it can be used to cure diseases in future.
It also contains a mini hospital inside medical kit where you can connect with doctors, medical vendors and equipment suppliers to get yourself treated at your comfort within a single app.
It has been developed to spread awareness and importance of stem cell and there use in curing and treatment, it acts as a bridge between stem cell banks and potential donars.
It makes people aware of preservation of stem cell and it's importance in the future to cure crucial diseases. It helps people locate and preserve their cell in the nearby bank.
Doctors, patients, stem cell bank organisations, medical vendors, stem cell donars and all the neccesary staffs required to carry out a health treatment are intended users of this application.
- Grab the APK from here.
- Enable installation from unknown sources in settings if asked during installation.
- Start the application by clicking on the app icon in the launcher menu.
- Select any of the options to access nearby stem cell banks or medical kit (mini hospital) respectively.
- Medical kit contains few more options to get us know weather you are a doctor, a patient, an vendor or a supplier.
- You can easily logout of any of your selection from profile section of respective role.
- The emergency button at the bottom of the welcome page redirects you to connect to any nearby emergency service via call.
- Fork this repo to make your own copy of repository, see it's there at the top right.
- Either download the zip from your forked repo or check out project from VCS using Android Studio startup wizard. Make sure you are importing project from you own copy of repository and not this.
- Build the project using gradle and create a new branch with appropriate name with respect to the feature you are going to add.
- Start making modifications with complete code comments and method documentations to make it easier for us humans to read.
- Make sure your master branch is up to that with origin's master branch i.e. this branch before merging any changes.
- Commit and merge the changes with your master branch and do resolve merge conflicts if any.
- Make a pull request to this master branch using IDE or browser (later one recommended).
