We've updated the algorithm to make it more efficient and mathematically compliant for LR-score and LR-velo computation by implementing the following changes:

1. The input raw data is pre-subsetted to include only interaction genes, which reduces computational costs by up to 20 times.
2. The procedure for LR-score has been simplified and cell-level scores are inferred directly to obtain more accurate results and increase mathematical compliance.
3. The LR-velo is now imputed using the same strategy as for the ligands and receptors individually.
