rot.d.ts is the interface definitions of rot.js for TypeScript.

Include rot.js in your HTML header via script tag and compile rot.d.ts with the rest of your TypeScript source. Then just be sure rot.js is included with your website.
From there, everything is within the ROT namespace like normal!
