refactor sitemap: better typings

Changes

• Typings
  • serialize - sync/async func should return SitemapItem | Promise<SitemapItem>;
  • use SitemapItem type instead of SitemapItemLoose;
  • 'changefreq' option - use EnumChangefreq` from the sitemapjs pkg instead of self made constants (DRY).
• Few corrections in README.md.
