Beta version

Inching close to first release. I've added simulation, made it run on windows, and changed how the gates are defined. It's been resonable stable for a while now. Let me know if you find issues.

cIcCreator 0.1.0-alpha

It's time to make a release of cIcCreator. This version is able to compile DRC/LVS clean versions of the SAR. However, it's not that usable for simulation yet.
