- Fixed double dataset allocation with 2 threads per GPU - Added config setting `dataset_host` to use host allocated dataset (for 2 GB GPUs) - Optimized dataset reading (GCN code) Vega 64 does 1310 h/s on rx/test and rx/wow now, 1150 h/s on rx/loki.
