This is the project of CIS 450/550 in University of Pennsylvania. We analyze the dominant sports in each country, the athletes winning the most medals in each country and the dominant countries in each sport using Olympic dataset from the previous 100 years. We also examine the geographical relations and the possible reasons behind the winning.
This project makes use of node.js, express.js, jade and bootstrap tempalte provided by Start Bootstrap with some minor modifications (bootstrap template: https://startbootstrap.com/template-overviews/grayscale/) OracleDB and mongodb hosted on AWS are used in this project.
