Link Shortener App

Welcome to the Link Shortener App repository! This app allows you to shorten URLs for easier sharing and management.

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up the Link Shortener App locally on your machine:

Prerequisites

  • Node.js and npm installed on your machine.

Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/yocki8/url-shortener.git

Install Dependencies

npm i

Start the Development Server

To run the app locally in development mode, execute the following command:

npm run dev
This command will start the development server.

Start the Synchronization Process

To synchronize data with the backend server, run the following command:

npm run sync

This command will synchronize data between the app and the browser to run it without reloading manually on http://localhost:3001

Usage

Once the setup is complete and the app is running locally, you can start using the Link Shortener App to shorten URLs and manage your links efficiently.
