Just like medication always has a long list of unlikely scary side-effects, we provide here a list of problems that did happen to someone in the past, and may very well happen to you. Fortunately, most are easy to solve. Feel free to mail me if you experience something that would belong on this list.
- Be sure to use fftw3, and not Intel's fft
- Use OpenMPI if you can
