Attacker The Game - v0.9.7-Alpha

Release for the WIP version of the game.
Code at this point complies, just marking with a release so it has a tag.
Binaries not included because more work still needs to be done.

A few small changes that we mostly source code related; but also now has a different compiler so you don't need to have Cygwin installed to run the exe.
