This is for #307: I have pulled all images that were pointing to domains outside of Hacking the Cloud locally. One of the current issues on the backlog points to a blog post in which the images are gone. For the sake of ensuring we don't lose images due to the general decay of the internet, I've downloaded them all to host them in this repo. This was mostly for guest authors who referenced images from their own blog posts.
