In this release mostly fixed compat with mods & startup crushes.

  • Removed 0 slot from all machines
  • Fixed Inventory check for any mods (pipes from any mod will work properly with machines)
  • Fixed steam generation while no usual steam (IC2 steam)
  • Added missed recipes
  • Fixed startup crushed caused null items on output
