In the 2.9.0, there are small breaking changes I want to introduce in order to make our payloads slimmer. I've already added query parameters to trigger these behaviours in the 2.8.1 release.

  • make includeFactorValuesInContrasts default to false
  • make includeTaxonInGenes default to false

These don't matter/work for the tabular output right?

Tabular output is unaffected by this.
