The taxon, dataset, platform and gene models are repeated in the generated code. This could be caused by redundant definition in the specification or a lack of $ref annotation to reuse the same component.

Models in question are available under https://github.com/PavlidisLab/gemmapy/tree/master/gemmapy/sdk/models.
