Description
Updates language used in docs so that OpenTofu/Terraform is used instead of just Terraform wherever possible.
I might have missed a couple places, but I tried to get the most of them.
In addition, I fixed the local docs server, so folks can take a look at what it looks like now locally by going to
docs, runningdocker compose upand then going tohttp://localhost:4000/.TODOs
