Allow overriding Dispose(bool) as per the documentation on Dispose() (fixes Cannot override TaskbarIcon.Dispose(bool) because it is not overridable #91)
Perform the deregistration of the Application.Exit event on the application instance's dispatcher to avoid threading/ownership exceptions (fixes TaskbarIcon.Dispose throws exception if not called from application's main thread #92)
