WIP: Tutorial in Russian

Hello,

This is a running WIP fork to bring russian version of the tutorial in. I am putting it up early for awareness, review and comments.

More commits will follow. If anyone wants to help with the translation I am happy to merge their pull requests into my fork (ugh, I hope github works this way).

Thanks, hopefully when @dcromster translates the GUI we could also localize the graphics. @samaaron could we localize pictures used within the tutorial?

Localising the graphics isn't an easy task. It might be easier to add labels A, B, C etc. and refer to the labels in the translation?

Labels A, B, C looks quite sensible to me, not only for this translation but others too.

Hey, thank you very much for this.

I'm currently moving the translation to Weblate, see #1184.

Weblate will make translating Sonic Pi a whole lot easier.

Your additions in this pull request will be imported. (The import is a semi-automated process and will require a proofreading afterwards, but your great work so far will not be lost!)

@samaaron - this pull request can be closed, the content has been imported in my local work branch and will move to Weblate later. Expect the Weblate transition next week.
