Release update

found a slight issue with the resetTimer from the mousemove bind, it was throwing an exeception when trying to fire startTimer so i have moved the startTimer function to the top of the function listing to enable the other functions to call it,

Initial Release.

This is the first release of the plugin, has been tested using Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge.
No errors traced during debugging.
