Description
Following [ext] build separate packages for Firefox and Chrome (manifest v3) #1982, the existing tags were not fetch by
actions/checkout. The optionsfetch-tags: trueis misleading.(See fetch-tags: true doesn't actually fetch any tags actions/checkout#1471)
Fix a typo in the command used to send an alert to Discord when the build fails
