* Preview footstep plans calculated by behavior node.

* Preview footstep plan action planned footsteps.

* Improve usability of footstep plan action.

* Copy the latest planned footsteps when switching to manual footsteps mode.

* Add parameters for initial stance side and use turn walk turn.

* Implement turn walk turn and initial stance side options.

* Remove hardcoded parameters.

* Add JSON compatibility and render only relevant widgets.
