General Notes

This deployment is a rollback, to revert of the upgrade to the NodeJS 18.x runtime.

Timeline

09:47 - Reset the prod branch to hash 772c9c0 - CircleCI Build
10:03 - Deploy step completes
10:13 - Read-only smoketests pass
10:16 - Wait for color switch step reached and manually approved
10:19 - Switched colors
10:20 - Disabled green api mappings api and public-api, east and west
