Description: GO-Plus is the fully axiomatised version of the Gene Ontology (GO), which is an ontology for describing the function of genes and gene products. An example GO annotation is:

GO-Plus includes cross-ontology relationships (axioms) and imports additional ontologies, including ChEBI, Cell Ontology, and Uberon. The resource also includes a complete set of relationship types, including some that are not represented in Gene Ontology.
