Description: The Target Illumination GWAS Analytics (TIGA) database was developed by the Translational Informatics Division in the Department of Internal Medicine, School of Medicine, at the University of New Mexico as a resource on manually curated genotype-phenotype associations, pulled from numerous GWAS studies and including a bibliometric assessment of scientific consensus based on the iCite Relative Citation Ratio and meanRank scores for aggregate multivariate evidence.
